Hi, I’m Dr. Pamela Whitworth, PhD
For 40+ years, I’ve specialized in cognitive behavioral therapy and stress management training for anxiety, depression, PTSD, autism/neurodivergence, and stress related illnesses.
I’ve found that many of us spend too much time in a “fight, flight, or freeze” state. In guiding hundreds of patients toward relaxation, I’ve developed stress management training and tools that are easy to incorporate into your daily life.
